Quanzhou Zhongtian Petrochemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, towers and other chemical equipment. Its products are widely applied in petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas, new energy, new materials, nuclear industry, military industry, environmental protection and other key fields.
Founded in 1988 in Sanming, Fujian, the company was formerly known as Sanming Petrochemical Machinery Factory. To meet strategic development needs, the company completed its overall relocation to Quanzhou in 2000, bringing with it all technical personnel and production equipment. Currently, the company employs around 300 stable and experienced staff members.
Driven by years of rapid development and continuous technological upgrading, the company has built solid technical strength and advanced manufacturing capabilities, ranking first in Fujian Province in the comprehensive manufacturing capacity of pressure vessels. The company achieves an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons, nearly 1,500 sets of equipment, and an annual sales volume of nearly RMB 300 million. It operates two modern production bases with outstanding production scale and delivery capacity. The Huian Production Base is located in the Quanzhou Huian Petrochemical Park, only 6 kilometers away from the Huidong exit of Quannan Expressway, covering an area of 120 mu with convenient transportation and logistics. The Zhangzhou Manufacturing Base, established in 2022, is equipped with a 5,000-ton heavy-duty terminal berth and a 1,200-ton gantry crane, enabling the production, hoisting and ocean delivery of large and heavy equipment.

The company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system with a professional and certified quality inspection team whose members possess solid professional knowledge and practical experience. It operates standardized physical and chemical laboratories and non-destructive testing (NDT) workshops, equipped with a full range of high-end precision testing equipment. The core facilities include Oxford spectrometers (Germany), helium leak detectors, TOFD and phased array testing equipment, tube and rod radiographic detectors, X-ray detectors, magnetic particle and ultrasonic testing devices, metallographic analyzers, chemical testing instruments, mechanical property testing machines, impact testing machines, infrared thermometers, hardness testers and ultrasonic thickness gauges. Full-process precision testing covering raw material inspection, in-process monitoring and finished product verification ensures stable and superior product quality.
The company features a complete and standardized production system with ten specialized workshops, covering blanking, machining, sheet metal stamping, welding, assembly, heat treatment, pressure testing, spraying, finished product storage and raw material storage. The 12 standardized workshops span a total production area of over 60,000 square meters and are equipped with more than 500 sets of advanced production equipment. Core facilities include a large CNC plate rolling machine (100mm cold rolling capacity), 6.3-meter CNC vertical turning and milling compound machine, 5m×5m machining center, large heat treatment furnace (7.5m×6.5m×20m), 30,000-watt CNC laser cutting machine, plasma welding robots, tube sheet welding robots, automatic submerged arc welders, edge milling machines, CNC intersecting line cutting machines, gantry CNC tube sheet drilling machines, 100-ton hoisting equipment, medium-frequency induction heating pipe benders and 500-ton hydraulic presses. Continuously investing in automated manufacturing technology and advanced domestic and foreign intelligent equipment, the company’s overall automation level is far above the industry average, effectively guaranteeing product precision, production capacity and delivery efficiency.
